A Happy Easter

Of course there are cherubs for Easter! Not as many as for Valentine’s Day, and there are a few more serene ones. The Easter cherubs are not quite as whimsical as the Valentine ones. Today I have scanned a couple of cards with cute and playful cherubs, don’t you agree they are absolute darlings?

I noticed many have been downloading my previous collage sheet earlier this week, so I made another with these two cards, ready for you to print at home. Click on the image to download or print large version pdf. Cut and punch a hole, and you have pretty little tags for some cute Easter gifts, or to decorate your home for the season.

All Is Well That Ends Well 1910

Another cherub today, I think he fits well with the 2 cards I posted yesterday 🙂 This one has a missing corner, unfortunately, but I’m sure the resourceful crafters out there can fix it…

Feel free to use this image for your personal art and enjoyment!

Love’s Greeting 1912

There are cherubs for you today! What a surprise, you say? Well, in my opinion there can never be enough cherubs 😀

Feel free to use these for you personal art. And why not print them, punch a hole in each and use them as gift tags? I prepared a collage sheet for that purpose as well:

A Gift Of Love 1908

I am decorating a large can (I got a couple from a local restaurant today) and I wanted to use my fave cherub, posted HERE, with a couple of other cards to match, so these are the ones I picked 🙂 I know the letter cards are definitely Ellen Clapsaddle, and I believe so are the other two, but I have not been able to confirm that. The cherub on a dove is unused, the Letter G Cherub is poststamped Hotel Paris, 1908.

I hope you enjoy my cherubs with blue background. Feel free to use them for your personal art. And do come back tomorrow, I’m planning two super cute cherubs for the smaller can 🙂

Little Lovers 1912

Raphael Tuck & Sons sure have published some amazing cherub postcards! I use their site to check on what cards are missing from my sets, and estimated prizes. Todays post features a card from a set called “Little Lovers”, published in 1912:
