Have you been missing my drop caps/capital letter posts? I’m trying to make up for it today! I’m learning to vectorize, and must confess I’m not an expert yet, but I’m getting the hang of it, and it’s a blast!!! My mind is overflowing with ideas on everything possible with vector images…!!!
This absolutely stunning alphabet was found with The Vintage Moth, my vectorized version to the right:

I had to play with these at once, and here are my first little ideas, two pretty papers, one with the alphabet all gilded, and one with the alphabet embossed:
The paper itself is designed based on a tile from THIS French postcard, here is both the seamless tile I created and the plain paper it makes:
