Recently I have explored countless images on the Boston Public Library pages on Flickr, what an amazing treasury it is!!! High resolution images of really good quality, all shared freely with the world!
So here are a few Victorian sewing trade cards, used for printable tags. Would it not be cute to attach these to something hand-made? If sewn, knitted or crocheted, you could even attach an extra button, or some replacement thread on the tag for keeps!
Or just use them as vintage style gift tags or to decorate around the house :
