I’ve been totally on a roll with the Alphabet tags, and you will now find ALL the letters in the download folder ๐Ÿ˜€ I also designed tags with numerals for you, are they not cute:

And I found the p-e-r-f-e-c-t thread for these: it’s TWINE ๐Ÿ˜€ It is super easy to embroider with, the natural soft color goes so well with the tags, and the texture is just gorgeous ๐Ÿ˜€

  1. Print the tags onto matte photo paper (mine is 170g paper) or cardstock
  2. Use a needle of something sharp to pierce all the white dots
  3. The red dots are guidelines to show you the letter, they should all be covered with an X (one stitch)
  4. Embroider with floss or thin crochet thread (for these I used TWINE)
  5. Glue the sheet to a piece of thin cardboard, I used a cereal box and spray glue, let dry.
  6. Cut out the tags.
  7. Punch the holes, string and hang.
  8. (Optional: embellish your tag with anything you fancy)

Choose your favorite color, Aqua or Pink, or if you are making several sets you can do some in each color ๐Ÿ™‚

If you want plain flip sides, I also added a set of each color without the embroidery patterns. or you can use the plain tags to embellish with your personal style ๐Ÿ˜€

  1. these tags are a great idea! I am going to Micheal’s to buy some printable fabric paper, how cute would that be, to print on fabric and add to a quilt etc, thanks for the inspiration! How about some mermaid stuff? I loved those tags so much.

I had to laugh when reading your comment, you could probably make these even easier then using real fabric and actually counting the patterns, embroidering the old-fashioned way…lol! Still, if you want letter on anything, I have now uploaded all the letters, numerals and symbols in the Exclusive folder, as PNG-files, so you can put them on anything, paper, fabric, you name it, and embroider easily wherever you fancy a little something extra…:-D

My mermaid-projects have sat patiently on the back burner… I was hoping to do some mixed media projects with those, and they are a bit more challenging to share here… Don’t give up on me though…lol
