When I received the images of Deb’s Tart Tin ornaments with amazingly beautiful Black Victorians, my inspiration boosted through the ceiling! I was immediately urged to go look for free images of Black Victorians, and I wanted elegant, sophisticated and beautiful! I spent the next couple of evenings searching the world wide web, and although such images are difficult to find, I finally found a wonderful resource in the Library of Congress collection: African American Photographies Assembled for the 1900 Paris Exposition. I used images found there to create this free printable sheet of Black Victorian Beauty Tags:
I intend to use these as “to and from” tags for all my Christmas presents this year, and I have a couple of friends who will be over the top thrilled to see these! I hope you like them too 😀
Find your high quality copy in my Christmas download folder, free for your personal use and enjoyment 🙂
I do not have a 2,5″ round punch (Note to self: must add that to my wishlist) so I hand cut my tags. The tags can be embellished with extra gold glitter around the edge, pretty gold foil frames, or how about actually gilding the outer edge?
I purposely did not add a Christmas greeting on these, so they can be used all year! If you want a Seasonal greeting, cut one out and glue it onto the tag, and add some pretty colored beads or embellishments for an extra festive twist 🙂

I used images from the following sites to design these tags:

Round Frame – The Graphics Fairy
Oh Gunnvor, these are delightful and I love what you’ve done with them making the tags. Thank you for the Christmas banners too – you are so good to us! Margie x
Hiya Sweetie 🙂
Thank you for the lovely comment! I am glueing Christmas banners to everything now, using double sided foam cushion tape. After sprinkling glitter of course, never forget the glitter…lol xoxoxo
