1908 Child’s Seed Catalog Narcissus

My grandmother would always have plenty of narcissus growing in her garden, and this page from a 1908 Child’s reminds me of those:

The Norwegian word for daffodils “Påskelilje” translates into Easter Lily 🙂 The kind you can buy today at flower stores are smaller and weaker, somehow. My grandmother’s narcissus would be like these, large and strong!
