Here is the seventh set of small Christmas Heart Baskets โ for you to intermix and have fun with! Print (at least) two sheets of your choosing, and start weaving hearts ๐
I used my Christmas Hearts for a Christmas Workshop for the international students at our University College, and although I showed many times the clever way to cut and assemble these, they kept doing it the slow and time consuming way… so I suggest you read the instructions thoroughly and follow them, they are put together to save you time and effort:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Print on regular (thin) printer paper (I used 80g paper)
- Cut the handles apart from the heart pieces
- Score on the middle line of each of the two heart pieces
- Fold in half on the scored line
- Cut out the heart pieces
- Cut out the slits on each heart piece
- Weave one heart piece into the other
- Attach the handle, either with glue, or you can use brads like I did
In Norway these are mostly used to decorate the Christmas Tree, but you can also see them in windows, or strung as bunting. I used mine to create a wall Christmas Tree in my office ๐
