Here is the ninth set of small Christmas Heart Baskets – for you to intermix and have fun with! Print (at least) two sheets of your choosing, and start weaving hearts 😀
I used my Christmas Hearts for a Christmas Workshop for the international students at our University College, and although I showed many times the clever way to cut and assemble these, they kept doing it the slow and time consuming way… so I suggest you read the instructions thoroughly and follow them, they are put together to save you time and effort:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Print on regular (thin) printer paper (I used 80g paper)
- Cut the handles apart from the heart pieces
- Score on the middle line of each of the two heart pieces
- Fold in half on the scored line
- Cut out the heart pieces
- Cut out the slits on each heart piece
- Weave one heart piece into the other
- Attach the handle, either with glue, or you can use brads like I did
In Norway these are mostly used to decorate the Christmas Tree, but you can also see them in windows, or strung as bunting. I used mine to create a wall Christmas Tree in my office 😀
The files are free for your personal use and enjoyment. Go to the download folder below to grab your high quality copies 🙂

Every time you post a new heart, I say this is my favorite. This is truly my favorite. I am printing tonight. Thank you for all your hard work.
Awww! I’ve been making soooo many of these this December, both at home, for the workshops in the University and for my sister. I’m very happy with how these came out, and thrilled to hear that others like them too! 🙂 xoxoxo
