I then lit a tea light inside, and look how cute it came out 🙂 I’m never passing another thrift lantern again 😀

I’m sorry about all the things I did not do in 2015! Like answer all your precious comments and emails straight away! Or not organizing another ornament swap! Like not rolling with my idea of organizing a support team for crafters, or getting to share all my designs and DIY-projects with you. And I’m also sorry for not being able to craft up a pile of hand made stuff and go to a market place with it, to test if people like it and would be interested in actually buying any of it.

On the other hand I’m happy that I was able to design all that I did during 2015! My photoshop skills keep improving, and my ephemera archives are growing much quicker than I’m able to share with you, meaning there is plenty more to come in the new year! I’m also thankful that I have managed to share a total of 268 posts with ya’ll in 2015! My blog has now had over 512.000 views in total, and in 2015 there was an average of 732 views per day! I am also j-u-s-t short of 1000 followers (998) here on WoW, and 2500 followers are following my WoW-board on Pinterst! Thank you each and every one of you!!

I know many posts have been part of series, so they might not “count” as individual posts, but I often use online sources for my designs, and try my best to give credit every time I can! However, you might have noticed that sometimes my posts have appeared without due credits, and the credits have been added later. This is a bit of a problem for me, because I might download the imagery in January, create the design in June, and actually post it in November… and by that time the original source is “lost” and has to be reconstructed. I don’t know (yet) how to organize this in a better way; the posting itself many times take more time than the actual designing…! So consider yourself warned: I might be posting designs in 2016 without due credit, but I always go back and add the credits asap!

  3. HAPPY NEW YEAR ! I love lanterns. There are so many ways to use them in vignettes. I buy everyone that is a good price.
For many years I collected digital scrap booking. Freebies and paid items. I put them in category files so I could find a heart or flower when I needed them. Microsoft Word is my go to because I know how to use it. LOL. So I made a legend in M.Word with abbreviations in alphabet order and the place of origin. For instance BPLF=Boston Public Library on Flickr. Then I leave the original label on the download and add in capitals the abbreviation at the end . Then If I need to find it again I can copy and paste original label into the search engine on the Boston Public Library on Flickr site and find it again. It also tells me where I got that item for credits. After awhile it became second nature to add the site where I found that item. I hope that made sense. love you dear heart for all you do.
