Have you ever examined the Noveau Larousse Illustré? If not, you are really in for a treat 🙂 I have extracted some of my favourite pages, from both the 1898 and 1906 editions, and will be sharing those with you here on WoW in the next few weeks.
First up is, you guessed it: A
The full pages are sized to print on A3 paper, so big enough to frame and hang as instant art, use as wrapping paper, or just about anything your creative peeps can think of 😀
I have also extracted the beautiful ornamental letters, and made them into PNG-files (transparent background):
And here is the last page from the A chapter:
The files are free for your personal use and enjoyment. Go to the download folder below to grab your high quality copies🙂

I really love these. Hope your summer went well. We are having an early fall here in Texas.
Thank you Darling 🙂 I’m happy with the summer, I was able to cram in most of what I wanted, some estate maintenance, some creative projects, some pure vacation time traveling to Oslo, and a fair amount of just relaxing. And of course lots of fun and enjoying the season for me and the girls. We are currently experiencing a bit of an “Indian summer” here in Western Norway, we have had temperatures around 25′ Celcius this week, warmer than most of our summer… 😛 But I fully expect fall will be setting in as soon as this weather passes 😛 so this is one of the last evenings I expect I’ll be enjoying on my deck! When the temperature sinks to below 10′ Celcius, the rain starts pouring down and the winds swipe any loose item away, it’s time to dismantle my outdoor sanctuary once more, and withdraw indoors! Although that is also not such a bad option, I can actually imagine cozy evening with the fire burning, hot tea and lots of candles 🙂 All in all things are good 😀 How’s your crafting coming along? I hope you have lot’s of inspiration and great projects going 🙂 xoxoxo
We have had 30’C which is better than our usual 40’c and Lots of rain..WE will have some days of 25’C this winter so I might be able to finish a big project I started this summer and did not have time to finish. The fire, tea and a good book sounds wonderful about now. I was gifted a Cricut Explore Air for Mothers day and plan to learn how to use it this winter. I have been looking for prints to cover a faux pumpkin and am using your “Noveau Larousse digitals. Perfect timing. much love and thanks
